Sometimes you just want to get away from the city, and that is just what we did almost 10 years ago. We aren't the only ones who have traded a fast paced metropolitan lifestyle for green fields and pastoral settings, so did the Beekman Boys! We are proud to offer Beekman 1802's goat's milk amenities to our guests of the Guesthouse. Naturally made, naturally good, these products might inspire you to leave the city for a bit of 'fresh air'. 

Guesthouse Building

The Guesthouse Building has six mountain rooms and one suite with either two queen beds or one king bed. All rooms have rocking chairs on the deck outside their doors that overlook the pool. Each room has its own private bath.

Guesthouse Suite

This beautifully furnished upper level suite features a two-sided gas fireplace, direcTV access with surround sound, a king bed, 1.5 baths and a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave and breakfast bar. The suite has rocking chairs on a private covered porch overlooking the pool and valley below.

Mountain King Room

This Mountain King Room is a sample room in the Guesthouse Building.  All rooms at the Guesthouse Lost River have a private en suite bath. All rooms have rocking chairs on the deck outside their doors that overlook the pool.

Double Queen Room

This Double Queen Room is located on the Lower Level of the Guesthouse Building.  All rooms at the Guesthouse Lost River have a private en suite bath. All rooms have rocking chairs on the deck outside their doors that overlook the pool.

Carriage House

The Carriage House has 4 total rooms (2 lower and 2 upper). Each room is designed with rough-hewn pine plank walls and ceilings, one queen bed and a private bath. The deck or porch outside the door overlooks the Lost River Valley.

Builtmore Cottage

Located to your left when you enter the gates of the Guesthouse Lost River, the Builtmore Cottage has 3 bedrooms with private baths.  The first-floor suite includes one bedroom with a king bed, private bath, living room with gas fireplace, and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and breakfast table. This suite can be opened into one large cottage when all three rooms are rented together.  The two upper level rooms have a private bath and furnished with a king-size bed and shares a common service area that includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and breakfast table. This secluded cottage is a favorite for group and family getaways.

Redbud Cottage

**NEWLY RENOVATED** This modern country cabin located just steps from the Main Lodge has three rooms. Each of the three rooms share a common living room and kitchenette, and has a common covered porch that overlooks the Lost River Valley. Redbud Cottage Garden Level is one of our pet friendly rooms. Please see our policies for information regarding pets and fees. The Garden Level and Middle Rooms each feature a queen bed with private bath. The upper level features a king bed with a large, modern private bath with luxury amenities.

*Tower Room

The Tower Room has a king bed, private bath with large walk in shower, and a private sitting area. This suite has easy access to the main Lodge, with its location in the lower level of the Octagon.
